Learn to Ski
If you, your family or friends would like to learn to how water ski for the first time ever, or try it again, then plan to participate in our popular learn to ski program June 23 from 5:30 - 8:00 pm.
The program is held at Traxler Park in downtown Janesville.
"Learn to ski is a great way for everyone to experience the thrill of water skiing, using top-line equipment and instruction," says program coordinator Jeanice Fox. "We provide boats, skis, life jackets and personal one-on-one help for everyone who signs up."
More than 50 people attended the learn to ski event last June.
Particpants need three items for a successful event, according to Fox: "A swim suit, towel and a good attitude. If they do that, they will have a wonderful time."
The fee is $5 to cover the cost of insurance.
