Membership applications

We are looking for individuals and families who are interested in learning how to ski, perform, compete and promote show skiing with dedication and enthusiasm. To get started, simply download the forms (in PDF format), print and fill them out and mail them to us at Rock Aqua Jays, P.O. Box 754, Janesville, WI 53547.
